Dr. Vincent Kitio is the Chief, Urban Energy Unit, UN - Habitat (United Nations Human Settlement Programme)

Vincent Kitio is an Architect. He graduated from the Institute of Architecture in Venice, Italy and holds a PhD in Appropriate Energy Technologies (Energy efficiency and renewable energy) for Developing Countries from the University of Rome la 'Sapienza', Italy.
