The department hosted Arch. Isaac Nyabwana, Arch. Cosmas Busima, Qs. Bramwell Kimokoti and
Prof. Stephen O. Diang’a. who visited the Department on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.

They held a talk with the  5th year Architecture students who are currently on their fourth term. The Dean, Faculty of Built Environment and Design Prof. Lilac A. Osanjo thanked them for coming back to share their experiences and encouraging the students.

Arch. Isaac Nyabwana and Arch. Cosmas Busima are from Uganda since those days
University of Nairobi was the only university offering Architecture in East Africa region.

Others present during the talk were Arch. Musau Kimeu, Chairman Department of Architecture, Arch. Peter Njeru,Chairman Department of Real Estate, Construction Management and Quantity Surveying and Mr. Noel Manyenze, Ag. Faculty Registrar.
