As part of outreach, 4th Year student on their academic trip to Mambrui Malindi, participated in a "Girls Heena Session" to promote the local ladies who earn a living through this.
Following the educational excursion made by the Architecture
Fourth Year Class, from the 28
th November to 5th December 2015.
After conducting an introduction to the community leaders, and a
subsequent visit to a historic monument and ancestral graveyard of Mambrui
. Being a relatively
small town, it was proposed that a session to both introduce and interact with locals be arrang
with a henna decoration session being chosen as the ideal way to accomplish this.
